Opening Hours/Information
I Currently work Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
Appointments must be made in advance, and close parking has to be available as I may have to bring many items with me. If not, please advise when booking your appointment as there may be an additional fee to cover my time carrying equipment to and from your home. Please also advise if there are any access limitations, for example narrow stairs, no lift in flats.
I am full experienced in working with a wide range of disabilities and illnesses including cerebral palsy, fibromyalgia, MS, ME, autism, Asperger’s syndrome, learning disabilities and arthritis. I also work with bed bound/limited mobility clients and will adapt the treatment to suit their needs.
If I need to travel over 10 miles to get to an appointment, a small fuel charge may be added to your treatment cost if it is below £25 in value. In addition, due to an increase in travelling time, there will be an additional charge of between £5-£10 for the following postcodes: RG1, RG7 (excluding Swallowfield, Spencers Wood and Three Mile Cross), RG30, RG31, RG12, RG42, RG45. If you are late for an appointment/not ready when I arrive, I reserve the right to cut the treatment timing but still charge the full amount. This will only happen in the event that I have an appointment following yours, that I would be late for should the above occur.
If a treatment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the arranged time, a cancellation fee will be charged. If you are not in/not available when I arrive for the treatment, or if you cancel with under 5 hours notice, the full treatment cost will be charged. If the payment is not paid within 28 days, an additional 10% will also be payable
I am happy to treat male clients, but please note this is a professional massage business. Underwear must be worn at all times and any inappropriate behaviour will be reported. In addition the treatment will be terminated and full treatment price paid.
Before your first treatment, you will be required to complete a client information form, and the information given on this form may be reviewed approximately every 6-8 months. On rare occasions, I may have to obtain a doctors letter from you to say that it is fine for you to receive the treatment. When booking your appointment, please state if you have any of the following conditions, so that I can advise you if you do need to bring a doctors letter with you. This saves your time on a potential missed appointment:

- Diabetes
- Haemophilia
- Varicose veins/deep vein thrombosis
- Epilepsy
- High/low blood pressure
- Phlebitis
- Arthritis
